This Cobb Salad Trifle is full of healthy fats, protein, veggies and will keep you satisfied for hours! Not to mention, this is a beautiful and impressive dish to take to your next gathering or picnic! You will definitely get those “oohs and ahhs” when people see this dish coming in!


If you are following a Keto diet, but struggling, HERE are some reasons why you might not be losing weight.





1 head romaine lettuce, shredded

3 cups chopped, cooked chicken breast

3 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced

3 boiled eggs, peeled and diced

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

¾ cup blue cheese, crumbled

3 green onions, sliced

For the dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon dried chives

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ cup milk



  1. Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
  2. Layer ingredients in the trifle bowl in this order: lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, boiled eggs, dressing, bacon, blue cheese, and green onions.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
