Feeling anxious lately? Moody? Emotional? It’s hard not to have these feelings with the way the world is right now. Everywhere we turn, there’s more news and more information put in front of us that can make us emotional basket cases if we aren’t alert and aware.
2020 anyone?!
At the end of 2020, I gave birth to my 8th baby. I barely had time to recover and enjoy the newborn goodness before our then 9 year old was diagnosed with leukemia in January of 2021. You want to talk brain fog? Anxiety? Shock? Yeah. All of that and then some. I frequently talk about anxiety and how my family gets through hard times over on Instagram. Anxiety affects children too, and my children have not been spared.
Because I know how susceptible I am to experiencing certain emotions that aren’t exactly beneficial, I have spent time learning some natural ways to help me cope. Changing my diet, learning homemaking tips, setting a homeschool routine, and waking up before my kids have all been instrumental for me, as well as learning about different essential oils and their benefits.
I encourage you to do your own research to learn various ways you can support your mood and emotions. I have plenty of posts for you to browse and I am always happy to answer questions via Instagram as well. If you are on Instagram, be sure to check out my story highlights for more!
