    This page is now bookmarked!!! Just coming out of winter here and I’ve put on nearly 10kg due to craving comfort foods! That Mac & Cheese version looks awesome too!!! I already love cauliflower, but I’m loving discovering new and different ways to use it!

    Mac n’ cheese is one of my favourite foods! But I have really been trying not to eat it a lot if at all due to the carb content. I will definitely have to give this low carb option a try!

    These are great modifications to typical favorite foods. I think one of the toughest things for people adopting a low-carb lifestyle (or any major diet change) is feeling like they have to give up on their favorite foods. These low-carb recipes area great reminder that healthy doesn’t have to mean deprived!

    What an amazing collection of delicious-looking recipes! I would love to try the keto cauliflower ziti. I like to replace pasta with spaghetti squash in spaghetti and did that for dinner just last night!
